Note on prohibited items (forwarding service)

From September 1, Japan Post has started to enforce increasingly stringent rules regarding items that may or may not be shipped overseas. All companies attempting to ship prohibited items may be fined upwards of 500,000 yen. In that light, we would like to remind our customers that the following types of products cannot be shipped overseas, without any exception.

Flammable items, among which :
  •  lighters/zippo, even non-filled.
  • nail polish
  • perfume / eau de toilette
  • hair dye
  • paint
  • ALL lotions (including lotions for adult toys)
  • ALL sprays
Items containing a lithium battery, among which :
  • mobile phones
  • USB chargers
  • all recent portable and non-portable gaming consoles
Perishable foods (candies and dry foods are okay)

Any kind of weapon

Narcotics, including medication. Vitamins and supplements are acceptable.

We are counting on our customers' cooperation to not ship any of the above. We would also like to remind everyone that the nature of the contents as well as the sender should always be stated in the comments box, especially in the case of original packaging. Thank you for your understanding.

Important modification of our invoicing system

From tomorrow April 26, we will introduce a new invoicing system for orders using the Pay later with Paypal option. So far we have been issuing invoices through Paypal but that is no longer going to be the case. Instead of receiving your invoice from Paypal, you will receive it from our system directly.
This is what a typical invoice will look like :

In order to pay, you simply need to click on the link at the bottom of the message and you will be transferred to Paypal automatically. The rest of the payment procedure is completely standard and your order status will be automatically updated once the procedure is finished.
We would like to stress that since the invoice will be coming from our system, it's extremely important that our messages are not bounced by your hosting provider. So far we have had issues with the following domain names : prodigy.net, freenet.de, qq.com, mchsi.com, earthlink.net, afrihost.co.za, att.net, sbcglobal.net, pacbell.net, bellsouth.net, bt.com and outlook.com.
Please refrain from using those domain names otherwise the invoice, as well as all our other messages, will not reach you. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Announcement regarding the situation of SAL shipping in Europe

It has been 3 months and a half since all forms of SAL have been
suspended for France, Spain and the Netherlands. Since the situation is
showing no signs of improving, we have now disabled SAL for those three
countries. We therefore ask you to please choose alternative shipping
methods for your preorders. To compensate for the absence of Regular SAL
Small Packet, we have now added a Regular Airmail option. We thank you
for your understanding.

Change to the pricing policy of our forwarding service

Starting from February 19, the price of repackaged tickets will be raised to 1500 yen versus 1000 yen previously. The price of tickets for original packaging will remain unchanged. All other rules will also remain unchanged.

Of course, all tickets that were opened before the price change will be billed at the old rate.

We thank you for your understanding.

Update to our forwarding policy

Since we are faced with an increasing number of parcels arriving to our facilities without a ticket to match them, and that sometimes lie around for months without being claimed, we have no choice but to modify our policy concerning unclaimed parcels :
- instead of 6 months as has been our rule so far, unclaimed parcels will now be kept in storage for one month only. After one month, if there is no ticket and no communication from the customer , we will consider the parcel abandoned and will discard its contents at our discretion.

Also, we would like to kindly remind our customers about a few basic rules of our service :
- a ticket should always be opened before we start receiving matching shipments. More parcels can be added later on in the comments box if necessary, as long as the bill hasn't been issued.
- the comments box of the ticket should contain the number of expected parcels and their respective senders. Again, that information can be updated if necessary.
- we kindly ask customers not to use kanji for their name, unless the name in question is of japanese origin. It will make it basically impossible for us to decipher what's on the label. Please use katakana if letters are not allowed.

We thank all customers in advance for their cooperation so we can keep offering a smooth, price-competitive service.

Update about SAL shipments

We are sorry to inform our customers that the situation with SAL shipments bound for France, Spain and the Netherlands has not improved. Collection of those parcels is still suspended and no change is planned in the very near future.
In the worst case scenario, this situation could continue until spring time.

As a consequence, and since we are starting to lack storage room, we are kindly asking our customers to have their orders upgraded to another shipping method of their choice : Airmail, EMS or Fedex (some restrictions may apply).
Please contact us to let us know what your choice is. This applies both to orders that are currently in storage and orders that are about to become available.
Orders for which we receive no communication will be automatically upgraded to the cheapest available method.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
