9PM update
: we can check payments of invoices again but there is still a problem
with immediate payments. The Paypal payment method has therefore been
disabled until this issue is fixed.
2013/01/28 : please note that due to a long-running maintenance at Paypal, we are currently unable to check and acknowledge payments that have been sent over the weekend. Paypal folks estimate that this issue should be fixed by Monday evening (Japanese time), or Tuesday morning at the latest. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
