Starting July 1st 2019, SAL will be available again in the countries where it was suspended a year and a half ago : France, the Netherlands, Spain and Ukraine. 

That goes for:

- Registered SAL Small Packet

- SAL Parcel Post

Over the years running our proxy service, we've had a lot of requests for Yahoo Auctions items. We could not fulfill those requests due to many logistical constraints.
